Founded in 2017, LinkThings is an innovative data IT company specializing in advanced data solutions for a larger variety of businesses. LinkThings has several subcompanies, one of which is Coldcha—a multilingual platform that unites all shipment data into one platform and gives deep insight into their logistics programs. LinkThings and Coldcha had used a variety of real-time monitoring solutions, but in 2022 they realized they were missing a few specific features their customers wanted—namely live location and condition data. And then they found Tive.

With more than 12 years in business, Ubictum meets—and exceeds—the logistics needs of their clients by providing reliable and comprehensive services that comply with regulations—while ensuring that shipments are delivered on time, and in full. Faced with increasing incidents of cargo theft in Mexico, Ubictum wanted to start using location and condition trackers on most of their shipments, and they contacted Tive.

ISDB Logistik provides a wide range of transport services to Eastern Europe, all CIS countries, and Central Asia, and offers industry-specific solutions that suit a wide range of transport types and customer requirements. ISDB ships more than 4,000 shipments per year—but before using Tive, they didn’t have a high level of real-time insight into the location and condition of those shipments. They were tired of depending on carriers for accurate updates, and they wanted to be able to protect shipments from damage. en route “We had no real-time monitoring of anything in most cases—it was ‘send it out and pray that it makes it,’” said Tyson Baker, Founder & Principal at IBS. Farmex is based in Turkey, and was founded with the goal of providing innovative, residue-free, organic products developed using organic molecules obtained from natural sources. Farmex learned of Tive in early 2022. Keleş decided to conduct a short proof of value to make sure the solution worked as promised. It didn’t take Farmex long to figure out how well the devices worked—and they now use 20,000 trackers every year.

Before Tive, Sylvan lacked real-time visibility into shipments, and couldn’t accurately update customers about temperatures or arrival times. Tive now provides them with immediate alerts when things stray outside of configured specs, and facilitates seamless collaboration with customers and stakeholders.
